1. Introduction

Welcome to stickercentral.ph, operated by Granduer Printing Services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Granduer Printing Services provides custom sticker printing services. We offer:

• Custom vinyl stickers with various lamination options (Glossy, Matte, Transparent, Holographic, Broken glass, Snowflake, and Glitter)
• Waterproof and scratch-proof base stock
• Maximum print area: 13 inches x 19 inches
• Design services (minor edits and full design creation)

3. Order Process and Approval

When you place an order:

1. You will receive a quotation with pricing, specifications, and delivery terms
2. You must review and approve the quotation to confirm your order
3. Approval of a quotation constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the items as specified
4. Any changes to an approved quotation may result in additional charges or delays

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (including delivery address and contact details) is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Minimum Order

Minimum order value is ₱500 plus shipping fees. Free shipping is available for orders ₱1,000 and above.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available via J&T Express
• Bank Transfers: BDO, RCBC, EastWest, BPI (under name "Jaype Sison")
• GCash: 09176541924

Proof of payment is required for bank transfers and GCash payments. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are VAT-inclusive. Granduer Printing Services is NON-VAT registered (TIN: 327-650-795-000). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed quotations will be honored.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Standard production time is 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Cutoff time is 1:00 PM for high chance of same-day shipping.

5.2 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

• Luzon: 1-3 business days
• Visayas: 3-5 business days
• Mindanao: 4-7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, and public holidays.

5.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can track your order status on our website using your order number.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation Before Production

You may cancel your order before production begins. Partial refunds may be available, subject to any processing fees or costs already incurred.

6.2 Cancellation After Production Starts

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided. This is because custom stickers are produced specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

6.3 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or an order that does not match your approved quotation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Customer Designs

You retain ownership of any designs, artwork, or content you submit to us. By submitting designs, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use and authorize us to use such designs for production purposes.

7.2 Portfolio and Marketing Use

Granduer Printing Services may use your completed designs and products for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Display on our website and social media
• Marketing materials and advertisements
• Portfolio showcases

If you do not wish for your designs to be used for these purposes, please notify us in writing at the time of order placement.

7.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain illegal content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to refuse production of any design we deem inappropriate.

8. Design Services

We offer the following design services:

• Minor Edits: FREE - Minor adjustments to existing designs
• Full Design (Canva-based): ₱350 - Complete design creation using Canva
• Full Design (Photoshop-based): ₱750 - Complete design creation using Photoshop

Design services must be requested before order approval. Send your design or design request to hello@stickercentral.ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Granduer Printing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, courier service failures, or any other force majeure events.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
